Apprentice Business Administrator Level 3 – CRM/Data Administration

This is a key position helping to ensure data is maintained up to data and old data is archived while supporting and learning from the team leader to develop the system to provide the best experience for the wider audience and specifically Sales & Marketing.

Working within a medium sized growing business it is important to be a real team player, who can help other departments, whether that be hands on activities or gathering information or helping other departments perform more effectively.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Providing support to members of wider teams to ensure data is maintained
  • Assist with the generation of reports to help sales & marketing functions and campaigns
  • Stay up to date with new developments with the software to gain the most value
  • Updating CRM processes as required to enable colleagues to use the system efficiently
  • Maintain the CRM alongside the CRM Manager and become a Subject Matter Expert
  • Research and maintain up to date data through website and social media activities

Short, medium, and long-term objectives:

  • Short-term objectives are around the efficient management of the CRM, to learn how the system works and be able to administer users
  • Medium-term objectives are to develop skills to be able to create new reports and or processes required by colleagues in the business
  • Long-term objective is to develop a level of understanding that allows the candidate to become the subject matter expert for the CRM within the business
