Apprentice Letting Agent

Whitaker Cadre Limited are looking to take on a Apprentice Letting Agent to work within the different areas of the lettings business, assisting with a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, ambitious and self-motivated individual to join a friendly environment.

What will the apprentice be doing?

• Registering applicants & landlords
• Uploading property particulars to online portals
• Accompany colleagues during property visits
• Collecting & logging keys into the system
• Helping to prepare property details and reports
• Ensuring the CRM is regularly & accurately updated

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard:

• Apprenticeship training will follow a work based learning model, in which you will be based in the workplace full time
• Regular visits and progress reviews with your workbased assessor will be used to guide and support you through your apprenticeship off the job learning and preparation for end point assessment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

To become a Letting agent with possible future progression opportunities within the company.
