Apprentice Purchasing Assistant

Beaucare are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to work with the purchasing team, where they’ll work closely with goods in, marketing and sales to ensure stock is available when required. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the Purchasing Team with managing stock levels
  • Sourcing new products
  • Ordering stock
  • Analysis
  • Reporting
  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiating cost savings
  • Working closely with goods in to ensure locations for stock are available in the warehouse
  • Working with Marketing to ensure enough stock is available for upcoming campaigns
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure there is enough stock in place for large orders
