Business Administration Apprentice
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an outstanding candidate to undertake an apprenticeship as an administrator within a boutique, specialist accountancy recruitment firm – Charleston Gray Recruitment Limited.
Duties would initially include:
- Answering the telephone
- Organising diaries and events such as seminars, wine tasting etc.
- Writing travel itineraries
- Dealing with the post
- Booking flights
- Document Formatting
- Organising Spreadsheet information
- Organising events either on behalf of the Director personally or for the business commercially
- Set reminders and follow up activities and tasks
- Update website and social media
- Maintain stationary orders
- Supporting the team with any additional recruitment related work where needed
