Business Administration Apprentice

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an outstanding candidate to undertake an apprenticeship as an administrator within a boutique, specialist accountancy recruitment firm – Charleston Gray Recruitment Limited.

Duties would initially include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Organising diaries and events such as seminars, wine tasting etc.
  • Writing travel itineraries
  • Dealing with the post
  • Booking flights
  • Document Formatting
  • Organising Spreadsheet information
  • Organising events either on behalf of the Director personally or for the business commercially
  • Set reminders and follow up activities and tasks
  • Update website and social media
  • Maintain stationary orders
  • Supporting the team with any additional recruitment related work where needed
