Commis Chef Apprentice

We have six positions available.

Working in a brand new kitchen, you will work in all areas of the kitchen, focusing on one section at a time. Your duties will be varied and will include: food preparation food service stock control cleaning menu input. The role is very practical and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business.

Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Food preparation to the highest standards
  • Stock control
  • Assist with menu design
  • Food service
  • Cleaning 
  • Working as part of a team
