Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2
The apprentice will gain technical knowledge and real practical experience as well as functional and personal skills. These skills are developed through workplace learning, formal off-the-job training and academic study at college.
Apprentices will contribute to improved customer service delivery and increased customer satisfaction in the public sectors and attract new customers to the business. They will also improve customer loyalty and remain competitive and profitable in the private sector. Other roles will include communicating effectively with customers either face-to-face or by telephone and promoting their products and services to a wider audience.
