Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 3
This role involves working on the frontline to help adults with their care needs and enabling them to have control in their lives, such as helping them to achieve their personal goals and supporting them with independent living. Additionally, lead adult care workers are responsible for providing supervision, frontline leadership, guidance and working autonomously, exercising judgement and accountability.
This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed when working in a lead adult care worker role. It covers a wide range of areas, including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health and social care procedures.
