You will also have the opportunity to be a part of our themed catering events, which are open to the public and sell out quickly! These events provide an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience of real working environments, dealing with paying customers.
The course also includes a range of units providing an introductory insight into sections of the hospitality industry, such as; customer care, barista, food preparation techniques, food cooking methods and training and development.
The Programme includes trips and work experience relevant to the industry, alongside improving your maths, English and employability skills to help you in your future career path.
