Celebrate 41 years of memories at Harrogate College with photos, stories, building tours and canapés before a new chapter begins.
Join us on Thursday 3 December, from 5-7pm, for the ‘End of an Era’ event- an opportunity to look back, reminisce and celebrate the memories and achievements that have taken place within the walls of Harrogate College in its current form, soon to make way for a state-of-the-art building fit to shape the next generation.
The evening will feature a collection of photographs, videos and memorabilia submitted by members of the college community over the years. Visitors will also have the opportunity to take a tour of the building, share their own memories and stories, and enjoy delicious canapés prepared by Hospitality students.
Among the exhibits will be a special film exploring the history of the college’s main building, produced by Harrogate College alumnus Reece Longden as part of his MA Creative Practice degree at University Centre Leeds.
Whether a former student, member of staff, colleague, business partner or simply someone with a connection to Harrogate College, all are invited to join this special event celebrating 41 years of memories, milestones and moments before the college moves to its new home.
The college is asking anyone with items they would like to display on the night to bring or send them in by 30 October. Please contact Lynn-Yang.Liu@harrogate.ac.uk.
