We’re committed to ensuring that all learners build skills for life, work and their place in the community.

We want to champion every learner, therefore all of our courses are shaped around individual needs. Learners will feel supported to progress in the way that suits them. We’re here to encourage each learner to grow in independence and prepare for their future, whether that’s employment, further learning or supported work opportunities.

If you just missed out on your pass marks, our Foundation Learning programmes are the ideal way to rebuild your confidence, achieve qualifications and start working towards higher levels of study. For learners with disabilities, learning difficulties and those who need additional support with behaviour or emotional regulation, Foundation Learning provides everything you need to achieve your dreams.

We also offer employment-focused pathways, including next steps employment courses, pre-internships and supported internships. These programmes allow learners to develop workplace skills and gain valuable experience with trusted local employers, including Harrogate Hospital and Disability Action Yorkshire.

Our learning spaces are carefully designed around our students, with adapted kitchens, assistive technology, medical storage and specialist equipment including tracking hoists as part of our offering. Everything is in place to help learners feel comfortable, capable and confident to give their best.
