  • Who is this course for?

People who are looking to train classically as a chef, this might be people who have studied other cookery or hospitality based qualifications or experienced workers who are looking to return to study to enhance their skills.

  • Benefits and Skills

These skills will give you a unique advantage in the market place as the country battles it’s national shortage of qualified chefs. Learn traditional and classic techniques amongst a progressive and nurturing environment whereby you are encouraged to be creative and driven to be your best.

  • Entry Requirements

Completing the Certificate in Hospitality Services (1st year) is highly recommended, however each case will be looked at individually and if you already have significant experience of working in the industry we could consider an intense programme of study.
