Course overview
Hospitality managers operate across diverse venues including hotels, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, and catering services. While they may specialise in areas such as food service, events, or accommodation, all hospitality managers share core knowledge, behaviours, and a strong customer focus. They are responsible for achieving business goals, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role demands strong leadership, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. Highly motivated and customer-facing, hospitality managers balance operational and strategic tasks, often working in fast-paced environments. Their ability to motivate teams and deliver high-quality service is central to the success of their organisation.
