Course overview

Working in adult care means making a positive difference to people facing physical, emotional, or intellectual challenges. Adult Care Workers and Personal Assistants support individuals to live independently and safely, helping them achieve personal goals and maintain choice and control. They may work in homes, care settings, or the community. The role requires compassion, communication, and a commitment to person-centred care.
