Travel to the College and Parking

We would like to inform you about important travel and parking arrangements due to ongoing construction at Harrogate College.

Parking Restrictions: Our on-site car park will be unavailable except for Blue Badge holders. We kindly ask visitors to use public transport where possible.

Public Transport Options: The campus is easily accessible via public transport:

  • A two-minute walk from Hornbeam Park train station
  • A 20-minute walk from Harrogate town centre
  • Several local bus services, including the 36 on Leeds Road, stop nearby

Driving and Parking: If you need to drive, please consider car sharing and use designated on-street parking outside a 5-minute radius of the college, such as Stray Rein or the West Park multi-storey car park. Please note parking at Hornbeam Business Park is not permitted.

Shuttle Bus Service: For those travelling by car, we have arranged access to the car park at St Aidan’s Church of England High School. A shuttle bus will run every 15 minutes between St Aidan’s and Harrogate College. Please be aware that vehicles left at St Aidan’s are at the owner’s risk, as other users may be on site.
