Course overview

Discover what you’re truly made of as you train for the Uniformed Public Services. This two-year course will prepare you for the police, fire and emergency services or the armed forces, pushing your endurance and comfort levels through exciting and challenging activities. From wall climbing, caving and canoeing, to exploring the human body, criminology and responding to emergency incidents, you will satisfy your love for adventure, duty and justice as you gain valuable skills required for specialist and elite units.

  • Entry Requirements
    GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including maths and English.
  • Careers/Progression

    Progression may include further study at degree level or an application to your chosen Uniformed Services department.

    Career opportunities: Police Officer, Police Community Support Officer, specialist police roles (i.e. firearms), Paramedic, Army Officer, Chief Inspector, Prison Governor, Security Officer, Firefighter and more.
