Apprenticeship overview

Commis Chefs work as part of a kitchen brigade - supporting each section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and finishing dishes. They perform a number of tasks including, but not limited to, receiving, checking and correctly storing deliveries as well as monitoring stock levels. A key role within the kitchen - Commis Chefs contribute to improving the culinary offer of their organisation.
