Course overview

Found in hospitality venues across the globe - from small bars and cafes to large hotels, casinos and conference centres - the main purpose of this role is to prepare and serve a range of food and beverages to paying customers. In addition to providing food and drinks as requested, Team Members are responsible for presenting promotions to customers, upselling, restocking and keeping work environments clean and sanitary. A customer facing role, Team Members must provide a quality customer experience - working closely with colleagues to create a positive and comfortable environment. As well as ensuring customer needs are met, Team Members are responsible for adhering to health and safety and appropriate food safety legislation.
