AAT provide training for a huge range of accounting and finance roles, respected by employers worldwide. Study the Level 4 AAT Diploma in Accounting qualification to master complex accounting tasks and gain work ready skills to qualify for senior finance roles.

You will develop the ability to evaluate financial decisions, follow ethical and procedural guidelines and understand the International Accounting Standards. You’ll also learn how to complete tax returns and end of year accounts for a limited company. Additionally, you’ll gain AAT full membership.

The course is ‘part-time online taught’ on a Tuesday AND Thursday evening – 5.30-8.15pm – or Thursday Daytime and will run for 15 months

• Entry Requirements
  Level 2 in English or IELTS 6.5 and a Level 3 qualification in Accounting.

  • You’ve completed the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and would like to further develop your skills
  • You’re already working in finance and you’d like formal recognition of your skills
  • You would like to go onto be an AAT full member (MAAT) and/or study for chartered status.

  • Drafting and Interpreting Financial Statements
  • Internal Accounting Systems and Controls

  Optional units (you need to complete two of these):

  • Cash and Financial Management
  • Credit and Debt Management
• Careers/Progression

  This course is designed to support individuals who would like to progress into jobs in the following areas:

  After completing this qualification, and with a demonstration of workplace skills you’ll be able to apply for AAT full membership (MAAT) or progress onto chartered accounting qualifications.
