Course overview

The T Level in Marketing is a two-year full-time program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in marketing related industries or university.

Students undertake a minimum of 315 hours (about 45 days) of industry placement, working with employers in marketing or business sectors. This placement provides invaluable hands-on experience and an opportunity to apply classroom learning in real-world marketing environments.

    5 GCSE's 5 or above including Maths and English

  • Careers/Progression
    T Level marketing progression offers multiple pathways, including immediate entry into skilled employment as a marketing assistant, digital marketing assistant, or social media executive. Students can also pursue higher-level apprenticeships like the Level 4 Marketing Executive or progress to higher education.
  • Assessment Types
    The T Level Marketing assessment includes a Core Component with two exams and an Employer Set Project (ESP), and an Occupational Specialism assessment that is a skills-based project. The Core Component is worth 50% of the total grade, while the Occupational Specialism component is also worth 50%. Both parts evaluate theoretical knowledge and practical, real-world skills, with a mandatory ~315-hour industry placement also a key part of the course.
