What will the apprentice be doing?
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilise Salesforce software for managing client relationships, tracking sales activities, and reporting on progress.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business administrator (level 3)
- This apprenticeship, follows a fully work based model
- The assessor will visit you in the workplace approximately once per fortnight
- Observation of practice, feedback, reviews and task setting, will all take place in the setting
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The potential to secure a position in the company at the end of the apprenticeship, business needs dependent.
