Course overview

This qualification allows you to develop your skills in fitness and personal training, whilst opening up a world of opportunities in the sports industry. You will gain knowledge of career opportunities, how to become self employed, fitness testing and testing, nutrition, injuries, discovering how to train, strengthen and nurture the body for optimum performance as well as developing personal trainer skills. You will even have the opportunity to play competitively in the regional and national college sports network - putting your skills into practice as you represent the College.
