Course overview

A 6 week learning block, designed for students to attend after school. Learn how to cook for yourself and others with the opportunity to practise in a professional kitchen, experimenting with different flavours and ingredients.

  • Who is this course for?
    Pitched at people aged from 14 years plus and designed to provide some key life skills - but not exclusive and all are welcome.

    A 6 week programme designed to develop a range of skills across the culinary arts.
  • Careers/Progression
    It is designed to give you some exposure and knowledge to the wonderful world of food, drink and hospitality. Our experienced teachers will talk to you about a range of options and opportunities if you are interested in looking in to it further.

    Each week will have a focus on creating and presenting a dish.
