Course overview

A course designed to provide adults with an opportunity to develop their culinary skills, come as a novice or an experienced home cook - there is plenty for everyone to learn.. you will even pick up some Italian language!

• Entry Requirements
  • £300 as a course fee to cover tutor fees and ingredients
  • Thursday 5:30 -8:30.

• Who is this course for?
  Course times are designed in the evening to suit adults with a busy schedule. The course will allow learners to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment in catering or just for fun.

  A 6 Week course which covers a range of classic Italian dishes - ranging from appetisers, family dinners and desserts.
