Course overview
Do you want to improve your English? Would you like to be part of a growing,
international community in Harrogate? Studying ESOL at Harrogate College will
improve your English, help you access further opportunities and introduce you to
other English learners.
We offer:
- Day time and evening classes taught by experienced, qualified teachers
- 6- 9 hours of learning per week
- Classes for most levels of English – from pre-entry (beginners) to Level 2
(advanced)
- The opportunity to achieve Level 1 and 2 City and Guilds Skills for Life
qualifications
- Additional optional courses (including Digital Skills and CV building
workshops led by the National Careers Service)
- Small class sizes to ensure all learners receive personalised guidance in
developing reading, writing, speaking and listening
- The opportunity to apply for the course to be fully-funded
- The opportunity to apply for support with meals, travel and child-care
