From Cambridge to China, David has taken his love for food across the world – and now to Harrogate College. He loves blending kitchen creativity with classroom learning, as well as the informative trips that let students form employer links. His favourite country is Italy, simply for the food and culture.

After working as general manager of a whole slew of high street venues including bars, eateries and even a coffee house, Jason wanted a bite of something more rewarding. Passionate about the opportunities a non-traditional route into FE gives, he’s a big fan of students developing their professional career be it in an apprenticeship, employment or further study.

Catering & Hospitality, Level 1, 2 and 3

Rosie has worked in hospitality for 40 years. Obsessed about cooking, food and learning about cuisine from around the world, she loves nothing better than working in the skills kitchen, producing food for the Bistro and taking students on cheeky trips to local hospitality venues.
