Course overview

A course designed to provide adults with an opportunity to develop their culinary skills, come as a novice or an experienced chef - there is plenty for everyone to learn.

  • Entry Requirements
    £300 as a course fee to cover tutor fees and ingredients. Wednesday evenings – 5.30-8.30pm.

  • Who is this course for?
    Course times are designed in the evening to suit adults with a busy schedule. The course will allow learners to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment in catering or just for fun.

    The 6-week programme will cover preparing and cooking food within these four main areas:

    • Pastry
    • Cakes
    • Fermented dough
    • Desserts
  • Careers/Progression
    Similar specialised themed cooking experiences or enrolment to a formal cookery qualification.
