Course overview

An intense course that will build your skills, develop your knowledge and grow your confidence in a kitchen environment. You will be trained to work under pressure and produce results to a high standard - but also gain the satisfaction that comes hand in hand with a job in the industry. You will have the opportunity to prepare classic dishes and as your skills develop you will be able to add your signature flair to create something unique and complex!

  • Entry Requirements

    Completing the Certificate in Hospitality Services (1st year) is highly recommended, however each case will be looked at individually and if you already have significant experience of working in the industry we could consider an intense programme of study. Having GCSEs in your core subjects is advantageous, along with any other relevant qualifications and experience.

    What is deemed essential is a natural curiosity for the food industry and a passion for flavours and cooking.
