This is a level 3 qualification that is designed to support and develop anyone interested in/or working in a management role within the hospitality & retail sectors.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain accreditation for a skills set that is used daily within the hospitality industry.

If you have some experience of managing people, staff rotas and shifts, then this course will help you develop and hone these skills, allowing you to consider new opportunities. Equally, if you are a hospitality business manager but need to upskill, then this course can help you explore your own strengths and areas of development.

  • Entry Requirements

    Ideally a L2 in a hospitality based qualification

    Maths & English at Grade C/4 is beneficial
